School started on the 24th (the picture dates are wrong)!!! We have been busy getting ready; going to the crazy meet the teacher night and finally adjusting to a new school year. Tegan is in 1st grade and has the cutest teacher, Ms. Gachman. When he met her he said that all of his teachers have been cute, (so naturally his first grade teacher would not be any different). She is his third teacher, he is at his third elementary school. His new school is Stan C. Stanley, which just opened and is less than a mile from our house, but he still rides the bus. He loves the bus, which makes life easier for me. Tegan is a bright and highly motivated child, very conscientious (he cares too much sometimes)! Good luck Tegan, here is to a new school year!

July has been fun. Breane, my sister- in -law, has been visiting from London, she just left this afternoon. The kids love her; she is really fun to be around. We did some fun things. We reminded her what it was like to be an American, when she came in town on the 4th. We had the popper fight and did other fireworks at home. Other highlights were swimming (we especially like the beach club), and we went to the natural science museum to see the butterfly exhibit, went to the movies and Breane and I painted the girls' room purple--it was really hard, don't think I will be doing that again anytime soon. I can not believe the month is almost over, Tegan might not live through Breane's absence! We love you Breane, thanks for gracing us with your presence this summer!

summer 2009
Life is crazy with little kids; as I was asking out loud to myself, "why did god send ME twins?" Alana one of my two year old twin girls threw herself into a rage and made herself so upset she threw up INTO my husbands face! This is something both twin girls do periodically, Camden did it 2 days ago. I really sometimes wonder how anyone survives raising children!!!!!
